In media containing suspended solids or exhibiting low conductivity, a liquid electrolyte helps prevent clogging, including of the platinum junction, and ensures stable and reliable pH measurement. In the presence of sulfides, the risk of electrode poisoning is significantly reduced.
FlowLine digital pH electrodes with Memosens
For low conductivity media in the lower µS/cm range, processes with suspended solids, or extreme pH conditions, FlowLine electrodes with liquid KCl electrolyte and digital Memosens technology provide a robust and dependable solution.
The electrolyte is continuously supplied through the junction, minimizing junction potentials that can lead to measurement errors. At the same time, the increased conductivity in the electrode’s immediate environment improves response time and measurement stability, while reducing the risk of fouling.
With inductive, contactless signal transmission via Memosens technology, these sensors offer enhanced reliability in harsh industrial environments. They are ideally suited for applications in the chemical industry, biotechnology, food processing, waste treatment, power plants and process industries.
- Digital Memosens technology for secure, interference free signal transmission
- Liquid KCl electrolyte to prevent clogging and ensure long term stability
- Fast response time and high measurement accuracy
All variants of the FlowLine Memosens combination electrodes feature a glass shaft (12 mm diameter), platinum junction, spherical membrane and an integrated NTC 30K temperature sensor, covering a measuring range of 0...14 pH.
