Standard-compliant determination of microbial soil respiration in accordance with DIN ISO 16072 and the respiration activity of biomechanically treated waste (AT4)

The OxiTop®-IDS B is a respirometric measurement system designed for the standard-compliant determination of microbial soil respiration in accordance with DIN ISO 16072, as well as for the analysis of the respiratory activity of biologically and mechanically treated waste (AT4). The system is used in laboratories to measure soil respiration and reliably assess microbiological activity—particularly in environmental laboratories in Europe where analyses compliant with DIN and ISO standards are required.

The OxiTop®-IDS wireless measurement heads transmit measurement data via Bluetooth® LE to a measuring device, where the curves are graphically displayed and statistically evaluated. The measurement heads store up to 360 measurement points and can also be operated without an external measuring device for simple BOD measurements.

Note on system requirements: For the full range of functions, including PC documentation and automatic evaluation, a MultiLine® 3620 IDS Set WL (Part No.: 2FD56W) or MultiLine® 3630 IDS Set WL (Part No.: 2FD57W) is required, which must be ordered separately.
