  • What types of training courses are available?

    Xylem offers training in laboratory instrumentation, process instrumentation, and service and repair, with options for basic, advanced, expert, and refresh (re-certification) levels.

  • Who are the training courses intended for?

    Depending on the course, the target group varies. Broadly, these courses are tailored for sales representatives, technical support, field service, service and repair teams, distributors, partners, and in some cases end-users.

  • Where are the courses held?

    Face-to-face courses are conducted at Xylem Analytics sites in Germany (Weilheim, Mainz, Ingolstadt) and the United Kingdom (Tunbridge Wells). Remote/online courses are also available.

  • What is the difference between face-to-face and remote training?

    Face-to-face (F2F) courses offer hands-on, multi-day sessions with the ability to cover more content in more depth, while remote trainings are 1-day interactive online courses focused on theoretical refresh and certificate extension.

  • How do I register for a training course?

    Find your desired course in the training brochure or at www.xylemanalytics.com/en/customer-support/service-training. Contact your sales representative or email Trainings.XAGS@xylem.com to align on your needs and register online. 

  • Can I register multiple participants at once?

    Yes, the registration app will inform you how many seats are still available in a course. According to this number, you can register multiple participants.

  • What happens after I register?

    You will receive a reservation confirmation. Once the course is confirmed (minimum participant requirement met), you will get an order confirmation with payment instructions and additional details (e.g., hotel suggestions).

  • Is there a minimum number of participants required for a course to take place?

    Yes, face-to-face courses require at least 5 participants.

  • When will I receive final details about my training?

    Final information is sent about one-two weeks before the course begins.

  • What should I do if I need to make last-minute changes to my registration?

    Contact Trainings.XAGS@xylem.com as soon as possible.

  • How can I get a quote for the training courses?

    You can get a quote by emailing us at Trainings.XAGS@xylem.com. Our customer service team will provide you with a quote. If you wish to register after receiving your quote, please use the official registration page.

  • How do I choose the right course for my needs?

    Review the brochure’s course overview and table, or consult your sales representative or discuss it with us directly. Courses are segmented by skill level, target audience, and objectives.

  • Are there prerequisites for attending certain courses?

    Some advanced or expert courses require completion of previous levels (e.g., P(rocess) L(evel)1 is a requirement for P(rocess) L(evel)2 courses). Basic courses generally have no prerequisites.

  • Can I request laboratory training courses not listed in the brochure?

    Yes, some laboratory courses are available upon request. Please contact Trainings.XAGS@xylem.com

  • Is it possible to customize a training course?

    While our standard courses are designed to cover the most common needs, we are eager to find appropriate solutions to meet your and your customers’ specific requirements. Please contact us to discuss your needs, and we will work with you to explore tailored training options.

  • Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?

    Many courses provide certification upon completion. Certificate validity varies (typically 2–3 years).

  • What are the benefits of certification?

    Certified participants gain access to discounts on repair and spare parts, technical support, service documentation, and may be integrated into Xylem’s certified service partner network.

  • How much do the courses cost?

    Prices vary by course type and duration. See the brochure’s course table for details.

  • Are my customer discounts applicable to the training courses?

    The course cost listed on the website is the standard list price. Our Customer Service team can inform you, if you are eligible for customer discounts for trainings. 

  • When and how do I pay for the course?

    Payment instructions are provided with the order confirmation after the course is confirmed.

  • Who can I contact for more information or support?

  • Where can I find updates or changes to course schedules?
