BOD measurement and aerobic degradation tests with digital documentation

The OxiTop®-IDS is a respirometric measurement system from WTW® for standard-compliant BOD self-monitoring as well as for aerobic degradation tests in the laboratory. The system combines the proven respirometric measurement principle with modern Bluetooth wireless technology, enabling wireless data transmission to a connected measuring instrument for automatic statistical evaluation.

Each measuring head stores up to 360 measurement points per measurement run. For simple BOD measurement, the heads can also be used without an external measuring instrument—the results are then shown directly on the measuring head’s display.

Note on system requirements: For the full range of functions, including PC documentation, automatic evaluation and BOD special mode, a MultiLine® 3620 IDS Set WL (Part No.: 2FD56W) or MultiLine® 3630 IDS Set WL (Part No.: 2FD57W) is required, which must be ordered separately.

For whom is the system suitable?
The OxiTop®-IDS is designed for laboratories and wastewater treatment plants that perform BOD self-monitoring measurements with electronic documentation, as well as for facilities that require aerobic degradation tests with multiple parallel samples and statistical evaluation.
