The PEEK shaft is ideal for applications involving mechanical stress, such as shaking or vibration, as well as for media that are chemically aggressive. In use cases where broken glass poses a risk — for example in beverage production or the pharmaceutical industry — the TopLine electrodes are the preferred choice.
TopLine pH combination electrodes
The TopLine electrodes performance is based on proven process components. The H‑type membrane glass has been successfully used for many years in our electrode families such as AquaLine and ProcessLine.
The reference electrode uses a double‑diaphragm system with an external fiber wick hole and an internal labyrinth‑like LoopRef element. This design makes it highly resistant to contamination, as harmful substances must travel an extremely long path before reaching the reference‑forming element.
- PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) shaft for the highest mechanical and chemical resistance
- Highly precise measurements thanks to proven process membrane glasses and reference system
- Maximum service life through micro‑dispersed KCl solid electrolyte (DuraLid) and a multi‑diaphragm system with external fiber wick hole and internal LoopRef reference element
The TopLine pH combination electrodes feature a PEEK shaft with a length of 120 mm (4.72 in) and a diameter of 12 mm (0.47 in), a fiber packing hole junction, DuraLid electrolyte with LoopRef system, cylinder membrane, H glass, a temparature range of 0...+110 °C, and a measuring range of 0...14 pH.
