ProcessLine pH combination electrodes without temperature measurement are designed for demanding process applications involving suspended solids, slurries, emulsions and viscous media. Their optimized reference systems help ensure reliable measurement, even under challenging operating conditions.
ProcessLine pH without temperature
Electrodes with a 2-hole junction are particularly suitable for media with an increased risk of clogging caused by suspended solids, slurries or deposits. The robust design ensures stable measurement and long service life in demanding process environments.
For chemically aggressive media and applications involving organic solvents, versions with a dirt-repellent PTFE diaphragm are available. These variants provide excellent chemical resistance and minimize fouling.
If hydrofluoric acid (HF) is present, electrodes with A glass should be selected. Please note that both fluoride concentration and pH value are critical factors for electrode lifetime and performance.

The ProcessLine pH combination electrodes without temperature measurement feature a screw plug head (ATEX II 1/2G), a glass shaft (12 mm diameter) and cover different process conditions with either 2-hole junction or PTFE diaphragm designs.

Electrodes without temperature measurement – 2-hole junction
The following models feature SILAMID® reference, 2-hole junction, DuraLid reference system, sphere membrane and a measuring range of 0...14 pH, 0...130 °C:
- PL 80-120pH – H glass, length 120 mm
- PL 80-225pH – H glass, length 225 mm
- PL 80-325pH – H glass, length 325 mm
- PL 80-425pH – H glass, length 425 mm
The temperature must be measured using a separate resistance thermometer – see product page.
Electrodes without temperature measurement – PTFE diaphragm
The following models feature SILAMID® reference with silver ion trap, PTFE junction, RheoLid electrolyte with KCl storage rings, sphere membrane and a measuring range of 0...14 pH, -5...+110 °C:
- PL A-90-120 pH – A glass, length 120 mm
- PL A-90-225 pH – A glass, length 225 mm
- PL H-90-120 pH – H glass, length 120 mm
- PL H-90-225 pH – H glass, length 225 mm
