This step allows us to align our processes even more closely with your needs and to deliver our services in a consistent, transparent, and efficient way.
As part of this change, SI Analytics service operations will be relocated from Mainz to our site in Weilheim in Upper Bavaria in June 2026.
This centralization offers a number of important benefits for you. Standardized processes and clear responsibilities help ensure consistently high service quality. At the same time, bundled expertise, optimized workflows, and clearly defined points of contact enable faster and more efficient handling of inquiries, service cases, and orders. In addition, this new structure increases transparency regarding services, response times, and service processes, while allowing us to continuously enhance our service offering based on group-wide experience and best practices.
If you have already sent us an instrument for service, no action is required on your part. Your instrument will be returned to you from Weilheim after service has been completed.
