Need to send us your device for calibration, repair or certification from EU countries?

Let us help you with that.

To minimize extended waiting periods and questions regarding your orders, please complete the corresponding service form (see below). Please have the model, serial number and your customer number ready. It is especially important to indicate the reason for your return. Once you have sent it to us, we will get in contact with you immediately.

We ask for your understanding that we may reject returns that have not been notified in advance.
