  • Description

Conductivity measuring cells to be connected to analog transmitters

    TetraCon® and LRD

All analog conductivity measuring cells are equipped with an integrated temperature compensation and cover all applications:

    • In wastewater treatment plants, as flow measurement or in the pipeline: The right solution for every application
    • Highest linearity by 4 electrode measuring cell
    • High operational safety by robust design

You have the application – we have the application – we have the measuring cell! The unique 4 electrode measuring cell compensates for possible contamination and polarization effects. All measuring cells can be connected to the LF monitor LF 298 NTC (exception: TetraCon® 700).

    Moddels:

    • TetraCon® 700-7 – Designed as an immersion encoder specifically for use in wastewater treatment plants
Conductivity measuring cell with 4 electrode system, integrated temperature sensor, anti-slip electrodes and breakage-resistance shaft; measuring range 10 µS/cm to 1000 mS/cm. Only as replacement armature for analog monitors of the Ecoline® or QuadroLine® series. Still available as digital version (IQ SensorNet System 281).
    • LRD 01 – for the installation into pipelines
Conductivity measuring cell as V4A model. With integrated temperature sensor (up to 130 °C), measuring range 0.001 to 200 µS/cm, pressure-resistant to 14 bar, 1/2 inch NPT screw thread.
    • LRD 325 – for the installation into pipelines
Conductivity measuring cell with integrated temperature sensor (up to 100 °C). Measuring range 1 µS/cm to 2 S/cm, pressure-resistant to 10 bar, 1/2 inch NPT screw thread.
