Glass Polarimeter tube with PEEK endcaps for use with highly acid samples such as Hydrochloric acid use within the pharmaceutical industry as a solvent.
This tube is based on our popular metal end standard tubes but has the extra ability to withstand some of the most corrosive samples required to be measured in a polarimeter. The tubes are available in 100mm or 200mm tube lengths and are supplied with a pack of rubber bungs to prevent corrosive vapours escaping the tube whilst the sample is being measured.
The tube ends are sealed with a rubber gland that are easily replaceable using a special tool.
Spare end caps, seals as well as UV pass windows are also available as is an XPC adaptor for use in polarimeters boasting XPC Technology such as the ADP450 or ADP600-XPC Series polarimeters.
