Efficient measurement technology for drinking water with revolutionary flow-through cells and IQ Sensor Net In the design of the drinking water panels, great care has been taken to provide a clear and self-explanatory picture. The controller is located at the top right of the panel, the flow cells are in the middle, the calibration console is next to it and, if ordered, a turbidity meter is also mounted at the top left. The inlet is at the bottom of the panel and the water flows through the pressure regulator and flow meter to the turbidimeter or directly to the flow cells.

The sensor cables disappear directly behind the panel, creating a tidy panel. Everything has its place, from tools to sampling. This also makes the application self-explanatory, making maintenance easy and allowing operators to quickly see how the measurement works. 

Flow-through cells

The new flow cells are not only clearly designed, but also self-explanatory. This means they can be understood intuitively, significantly reducing the risk of errors during installation and maintenance. In addition, the sophisticated design of the black flow cells ensures optimum flow and accurate measurement of the installed sensors.

Turbidity measurement according to standards

The Turb PLUS 2020/2120 turbidimeter enables standard-compliant turbidity measurement according to DIN and EPA. These measurements can be seamlessly integrated into the IQ Sensor Net-System via the MIQ/IC2 module, allowing the measured values to be seen immediately on the 28X or 2020 screen or to be sent on to the PLC.
